Our R+D+i offers our experience, technology, knowledge of the aromatics substances and applications to create flavours in accordance with market trends and to adapt them to your product. Our work is based on balancing science, creativity, know-how and curiosity. With these tools we develop nowadays versatile sensory profiles; sure-fire for your product. We are specialist in working with fruit, sugar, cocoa, etc. We study the rheology, do tasting panels; we measure their behaviour over time and so, make your product a market leader.
