I established this little company to be more flexible in offering management consultation. At this position I had several management contracts, acting as team coordinator for various companies: Relius Living Colours GmbH member of BASF Group, German producer of paints and renders. Responsibilities at this contract: main responsibility is to find regional importers in Romania sales support of the regional importers in Romania trainings of the sales and technical stuff of the importers sales and technical responsibilities Azur SA member of ICC Group, producer and seller of paints and renders. Responsibilities at this contract: Coordinating, controlling, couching and motivating a team of 22 persons covering all Romania. This team was made of 13 Area Managers and 9 sales stuff. Proposing and achieving the sales figures for each of the 4 selling channels. Proposing and checking the approved expensive budgets.
