Prezentare FMA

FMA: provides a flexible, reliable platform for building disaster-tolerant SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA) computing environments, by real time mirroring SWIFT transactions and routing rules between two remote sites.
Beside the basic transaction mirroring engine, FMA offers a monitoring subsystem (from both business and technical perspective) and a procedure & event management subsystem (working procedures management - create, update & disseminate, BC&DR support, planned and unplanned events support, eLearning support).

Customer problem solved with the implementation:
The FMA solution mirrors the financial transactions, copying them in real time to the backup platform
FMA is mirroring only the meaningful information (i.e. financial messages), avoiding the mirroring of system overhead data and thus reducing the mirroring traffic by more than one order of magnitude, at application level (SWIFTAlliance Access - SAA).
