Description: Complet AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Plant.
Made in Germany
capacity 1000 m³ /day, can be extended easily up to 1500 m³/day.
Best German Equipment and Technology, is offered hereby as Turn-Key Project with full machinery and product guarantee.

Furthermore I have attached a list with Wehrhahn equipment delivered in 2010 (still unused packed in boxes). The equipment was bought for Euro. 8 Mill.

Curing-carriage circuit
We supply and install:
- Completely automated curing-carriage circuits
- Transfer vehicles in the press and autoclave area, and as distributors
- Versions with telescopic pushing arm and run-off truck
- Rope conveyors, chain conveyors and toothed rack conveyors to position the curing carriages in the loading and unloading areas
- Cranes to transport the curing carriages
- Control systems based on Siemens S7 with visualisation, transport control system and product tracking

Curing-base circulation system
- Curing-base circulation systems and storage sections
- Curing-base storage systems
- Stacking equipment and positioning systems

Casting-mould circulation system
- Fully automatic casting-mould circulation systems and curing sections
- Tilting cranes to remove the shuttering of the cast item from the casting mould

Autoclave feeding system
- Autoclave manipulator for the preparation of the curing base before the autoclaving or transportation to the parting plants
- Autoclave loading and unloading through transfer vehicles and floor-based drawing plants.

Process cranes
- Parting machines and manipulators to separate the rows of blocks after autoclaving and grouping for unloading.
- Tilting manipulators to remove the shuttering of the cast item from the casting mould.
- Autoclave manipulators for the preparation of the curing base before the autoclaving and for the preparation of the hardened blocks for the parting process.
- Unloading manipulators to sort the complete cast items for unloading and splitting up into sales packages.

Unloading/packing line
- Complete fully automatic unloading lines with packing machines as an overall solution
- Automatic pallet feeding with turning devices
- Supply and feeding systems for saw plants
- Special solutions and individual machines for packet splitting, blocked sections, carriage and truck cleaning, etc.
- Control systems based on Siemens S7 with visualisation, product tracking and the automatic integration of peripheral plants
