Continuand inacelasi stil grafic consacrat al seriei si punand in scena o povesteconceputa de scriitorii filmului televizat, jocul are un mod co-op,caractere jucabile din doua clase diferite si reprezinta o invitatie denerefuzat pentru orice fan Star Wars.Pentru prima oara,jucatorii pot lua rolul Jedi-ului lor favorit, de la Anakin Skywalkerpana la nou erou intruchipat de Clone Captain Rex. O poveste noua, ceface legatura dintre sezonul unu si sezonul doi va poarta de-a lungulunei povesti ce implica impiedicarea planurilor de asasinat a unortechno-asasini.Gameplay-uleste gandit pe baza de misiuni iar fiecare dintre ele poate fi abordataca Jedi sau clona. Ca Jedi ai acces la opt caractere jucabile iar jocula fost conceput avand in vedere tot timpul posibilitatea de joc co-op,ceea ce va da tot timpul sentimentul ca nu luptati singur. Joculincorporeaza de asemenea o componenta de rezolvare de puzzle-uri precumsi un sistem de upgrade bazat pe colectarea de Force Orbs.
