Importatori unici pe Romania comercializam compactoare / preso containere mobile pentru deseuri umede (menajere) si sau deseuri uscate (carton, hartie, plastic, PET) .
Aceste utilaje / echipamente sunt pretabile pentru balotarea deseurilor menajere si sau industriale astfel scutindu-se spatiul si cheltuielile mari de transport.
PRESE MOBILE
Containerul de compactare mobil este potrivit pentru toate autovehiculele curente cu brat hidraulic cu carlig. Presa reduce volumul pana la 1 /5din volumul initial si este potrivita pentru toate sortimentele deseurilor urbane si industriale (de exemplu hartie, lazi de lemn, folii, cartoane). Datorita reducerii volumului sunt diminuate costurile de transport de ridicare a deseurilor. Orifi ciul de incarcare larg si inaltimea de incarcare coborata sunt alte caracteristici ale acestei prese.
Specifi catii:
- operarea hidraulica simpla cu o supapa hidraulica (fara intretinere),
- componentele electrice cu piese disponibile in toata lumea (Moeller),
- inversorul de faza,
- capul de compactare si compartimentul de compactare masiv,
- carligul de fata basculant,
- porti de descarcare masive cu balamale laterale,
- inchidere cu manete,
- forma conica a containerului pentru descarcare facila.
Seria MPC-A /K /L:
- volumul 8-25 m3,
- orifi ciul de incarcare larg - pana la 2330 x 1820 la MPC /L,
- capacitatea mare de prelucrarea - 2,2 m3 /ciclu - MPC /L,
- inaltimea mica a muchiei si a orifi ciului de incarcare larg pentru incarcarea facila (1340 mm),
- capul de compactare se plimba in ghidaje, nu necesita intretinere si este echipat cu racleta pentru eliminarea infi ltrarii materialului prin capul de compactare.
Seria SKPC
Deosebit de potrivit pentru compactarea deseurilor cu continutul ridicat de umiditate, de exemplu: reziduurile marilor bucatarii, hoteluri si altele. Volumul 8-24 m3.
Avantajele principale:
- Capul de compactare pendular autocuratator, fara necesitate de a curata spatiul dedesubtul si in dosul capului de compactare,
- potrivit pentru incarcarea continua.
Seria PCS-PD
Containerul de compactare mobil cu forta de compactare sporita pentru efi cacitatea maxima a incarcarii cu hartii, cartoane si altele. Capacul pendular pentru descarcarea facila a deseurilor problematice compactate intensiv (carton, materiale plastice, polistiren). Volumul 20-23 m3.
Avantajele principale:
- orifi ciul de incarcare larg - 2200 x 1940;
- capacitatea mare la prelucrare - 2,2 m3 /ciclu;
- forta mare de compactare - 370 kN;
- masa mare a deseurilor compactate,
- capul de compactare ruleaza in ghidaje, nu necesita intretinere si este echipat cu racleta pentru eliminarea infi ltrarii materialului prin capul de compactare.
Optional (nu este valabil pentru toate tipurile):
- capacul orifi ciului de incarcare;
- carlige si role la ambele capete ale containerului;
- semnalizarea la incarcarea 3/4 din capacitatea (si /sau incarcarea 100 %);
- semnalizarea incarcarii cu ajutorul SMS;
- guri de alimentare de mai multe tipuri;
- usa etansata si usita de inspectie etansata;
- basculatorul containerelor independent sau integrat;
- telecomanda cu cablu;
- alegerea pozitiei de capat a capului de compactare in pozitia deschis sau inchis ;
- declansarea automata a ciclului de compactare (fotocelula).
