Prossili\'s extra virgin olive oil (variety \"manaki\") is produced from privately owned olive trees at Athikia in the region of Corinth.
It is ideal for cooking or for use in its natural state.
The olives are picked by hand at the right time, when they have concentrated all the flavors of nature. Immediately after that, they are taken to the place where the olive grinding takes place and by the process of cold crushing, the olive oil keeps all its beneficial ingredients and the intense taste of the olive. Then, it is kept in modern technology vacuum tanks under the finest conditions so that the product has low oxidation.
Prossili\'s extra virgin olive oil has a dark golden green colour, strong aroma and rich fruity taste. It contains vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and monounsaturated fatty acids.
Prossili\'s extra virgin olive oil is supervised and checked at all stages of its production and bottling and meets all necessary quality standards (ISO 22.000 - HACCP).
