Prezentare Wine Princess Pinot Noir Premium

The most well-known race of grapes. In Romania it is cultivated in Murfatlar, Dealul Mare and Minis. The largest Romanian vineyard with this race can be found in Minis. The class of the vine is controlled by the quantity of the grapes and weather. It is easy to recognize this vine because it does not have any specific aroma. The wine has a red color with a ruby reflection. The wine has a good ample taste. Usually it is bottled after 2 years from the harvest. The aging of this wine is a long procedure. The Premium version of this wine was aged in barrique barrels for 12 months.The result of this aging is a more complex wine, the fruitiness of the wine is reduced but there appear new aromas like vanilla, caramel, butter and smoke. Alc. 13,5 % vol.
