Prezentare Red by Ceptura- Faurar

Red wine made ​ ​ from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Fetească Neagra. Varieties were vinified separately classic technology fermentation in stainless steel tanks bostina in 150 Hl to 24-26 C for 12 days Fetească Neagra and Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for 16 days. Perfect right after the malolactic fermentation alcohol, 50% aged for seven months in Romanian oak Barique second duty cycle. Assembled and aged in stainless steel tanks for another 10 months. Odor characteristic varieties, intense, persistent, slightly spicy, fruity with notes of currant. Taste ample and firm, balanced and aromonios strucutre, persistent finish with tannins and juicy round developed. Alc. 14.9% vol
