Stemming from Negru Vartos and Babeasca Neagra, this grape variety reflects the prickling array of influences in the Dragasani region: the warm, sunny climate, the diversity of fruits and spices, the charming personality of the inhabitants. After at least a year’s ripening in wood casks, this wine unveils dense aromas in the nose and velvety elegance on the palate: inviting, seductive, never tiresome. The tannin structure reinforces the character of this grape variety but never overshadows it. 13.5 % vol. alc.
